Possible link between cis-variants and protein levels of NID1 and NID2.

This locus harbours a non-replicated trans-pQTL to Nidogen-1 (NID1), and a nominal trans-pQTL in KORA with NID2 (p=1.2×10-8); both proteins are encoded at different loci.
